In Spring 2009, Paper-Doll will be launching a designer interview series showcasing the best independent fashion designers from around the globe. Who would you like to see interviewed? Submit a list of 3 of your favourite independent designers, along with your email address, for your chance to win a lovely Chevron Cardigan by Spring and Clifton.
