Leaving on a Jet Plane...

Tomorrow I am moving to Berlin! I'm arriving just in time to catch the end of Berlin Fashion Week and Bread and Butter. Very exciting! Posting will likely continue to be slow while I get situated, but I'm looking forward to getting back into it. There are so many amazing Fall/Winter '09 collections I'm dying to post about!

Chained Up

Lately, I've been wearing multiple mismatched chains. My attempt at the look fails in comparison to Sidvintage. Designer Nanci Bennett uses deadstock/vintage chains and clasps to create glorious, hectic pieces.

Times are tough and we're all a little more hesitant to part with our hard earned dollars these days. So, in perfect timing, Oak has launched a lower priced counterpart to their main store - A.OK. This new concept store stocks "affordable" fashion, with most items falling in the $100 or less category.

Thanks to the wonders of the internet though, there has been a proliferation of online magazine, including my latest discovery, teenminutes. This Indonesian e-publication features interviews with some of our favourite designers, including Sabrina Goh and Limedrop.
