After a nice break over the holidays, I have mixed feelings about being back at work. One way to combat the mid-winter malaise is with shopping. Indie boutique extraordinaire I Don't Like Mondays has a great end of season sale happening right now with discounts of up to 50% off.
As if the previous post about nyloNFlock didn't give me enough little black dresses to obsess over, Pixie Market adds a few more to the out of hand wish list. If you're looking to add a bit of spice to an event that calls for a LBD, Pixie Market has some great choices from designers like Elohim by Sabrinah Goh, Daydream Nation and my favourite, Stolen Girlfriends Club. You just never know when you're going to need a dress with a removable puff mesh sleeve!
I've been trying to keep my shopping to a minimum lately, but ShopNastyGal continues to test my willpower! Owner and buyer Sophia has such an eye for great pieces - with each delivery I fall in love with most styles. So much temptation, especially with the price points as low as they are.
Suggested Shopping: Last Chance Sale at House of Spy
We have always been fans of the sweet, playful designs of House of Spy so we're taking full advantage of their "Last Chance Sale". From now until November 6th you can save an additional 25% off all House of Spy and Beatrice Holloway sale merchandise with the coupon code "last". And if that weren't reason enough to indulge in a little shopping therapy, once the promo ends, these sale items will no longer be available.
Suggested Shopping: Elroy Re-issues Past Favourites
Lately, I've been watching styles online until they eventually sell out and I regret not moving on them quicker. (Like the Irregular Choice Wedges and the Acne Atacomas). If any of you did that with eco-designer Elroy, we have good news! They have re-issued favourite styles from previous seasons and are offering them all at hugely discounted prices.
Walking along Oderberger Straße (Berlin) a couple of weekends ago (on the way to my new favourite Sunday activity - Bear Pit Karaoke in Mauerpark!!), I noticed that the space once home to potipoti is now occupied by another designer. Turns out - this is actually good news. potipoti is relocating to bigger, more central space at Rosenthaler Straße 66, with an official store opening party tonight. The new boutique will also stock La Casita de Wendy, Beyond the Valley, El Delgado Buil, Martin Lamothe and Cecilia Sörensen!
