Playing with New Shapes: Mary Meyer

 Based on a previous post on the dropped crotch trouser we know that many of you despise the silhouette. But, we're happy that the dropped crotch is still making waves this season! Mary Meyers plays with this (and other) new shape in her Spring/Summer '09 collection - and we think it looks great.
 Two other favourites from the SS'09 collection are the Shorts Jumper and oversized Diamond Hunter top.

I think only the very daring will dabble in the dropped crotch shape, and quite honestly I haven't seen anyone who has actually tried it looking bad in them. I guess we all have different tastes though...to me the silhouette is beautiful, to other...not really... :)
